Überwachungstechnologie der Khaak

Since the Khaak started to appear it was made clear that somehow they knew what was going on where. Also another note that was made was that the Khaak deployed some of their ships on patrolling duty in some sectors. It wasn’t until the Argon Carrier in Ore Belt made a discovery that showed the level of intelligence the Khaak are on. They constructed inside an asteroid a small station or sensor array that used technology, which was similar to technology used on Advanced Navigation Relay Satellites, combined with similar systems used for the Gate-Less Jumpdrive system.

This technology would not only allow the Khaak to monitor whatever sector it is located in, but also provide specific jump co-ordinates and up-to-date information the military presence in the sector. The information would then be relayed back via the long-range communications technology, scientists theorise that the information is sent down a micro-jumphole generated inside the station.

Once the device in Ore Belt was destroyed, the number of Khaak ships being deployed also decreased, but it is currently unknown how many other Surveillance Stations there are.
